South Caicos Island This master plan for the downtown area of South Caicos Island in the Turks and Caicos preserves elements of an historic downtown area while proposing a new waterfront promenade connecting a proposed marina at one end, with a proposed public beach at the other. In between, festival grounds and a new commercial street link the promenade to the historical downtown residential area.
