Hayden Van Slooten Senior Associate

Hayden was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Illinois Institute of Technology College of Architecture, where he won awards for his model making, visual acuity, research and design on his way to earning a Bachelor of Architecture degree. His professional interests include experimental drawing, the poetics of construction and novel building assemblies. Outside of the studio, you might find Hayden soldering circuit boards for modular synthesizers he uses to compose ambient music or relaxing at his family’s lakeside cabin in northern Minnesota.
